I found Ball & Sons personnel to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I did not feel pressured in any way to accept their estimate for replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. In fact, they advised me to wait a while to replace them, until I really needed to have the work done.
When I finally did get the work done, it actually cost less than the estimated cost as they didn’t need to replace all components.
I highly recommend Ball and Sons for your HVAC needs.
