I first want to spotlight LaToya, the Assistant Property Manager, because she has truly been a bright light throughout my experience at The Bixby. She is kind, patient, hardworking, understanding, and incredibly professional. No matter how busy things may be, she always carries herself with grace and makes residents feel heard and valued. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the property and the people who live here, and that level of dedication deserves recognition. As for the apartment itself… absolutely beautiful. The Bixby truly delivers an urban luxury experience while still feeling warm and comfortable like home. My apartment honestly feels more like a modern townhome than a traditional apartment, with a spacious layout, gorgeous finishes, and a design that feels elevated yet inviting. One of my favorite features is my own private rooftop terrace, which completely takes the living experience to another level. Having that private outdoor space in the city feels like such a luxury and makes the home feel even more special. I also appreciate how quickly maintenance requests are handled and the professionalism that comes with it. On top of that, I’ve loved seeing family-friendly events hosted in the community room, which really creates a sense of community within the building. The Bixby has created a beautiful balance of luxury, comfort, and community, and it truly feels like home.

pretty good, a bit expensive but its a nice location so you get what you pay for. Had roaches when i first moved in but after i reported it they immediately responded for the entire building and i haven't seen any in the 4 months since. And if I were to, they routinely have pest control come to anyone who signs up for it. Also have been pretty quick for maintenance.
