  I recently got two pairs of prescription glasses at Trifecta and I am beyond pleased with how the whole experience turned out. Heather was so professional and helpful in making sure that my glasses were just right for my needs. She went above and beyond to take care of me as a new customer. Trifecta is going to be my family's go-to for optical needs moving forward and I look forward to working with Heather again in the future.   Dr. Chai is the most caring and professional doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She dedicated countless extra hours to helping me design and follow a detailed recovery plan after a cataract surgery that, let’s just say, didn’t go as planned. I truly don’t believe I could have regained 20/20 vision without her skill, dedication, and compassionate guidance. Thanks to Dr. Chai, I’ve regained a quality of life I thought was lost forever—and for that, I am deeply grateful.

  Dr. Chai is probably one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient to. She is constantly studying and staying on top of the latest news in Optometry and Ophthalmology. A true embodiment of what a doctor is supposed to be in my opinion. I have been struggling with Ocular Surface Disease (MGD, Nocturnal lagophthalmos, and Aqueous Eye Deficiency) for a multiple years now. Dr. Chai and her team helped me recover to a point where I can live my life without pain. The disease can be extremely debilitating, and there is not enough awareness and understanding surrounding it. In my experience, many doctors just scoff you away, barely give you 5-10 minutes, and the whole experience is demotivating, rushed, and leaves you with more concerns such as feeling exploited for expensive procedures to treat your conditions (which barely improves, and instead sometimes worsens!). This is where Dr. Chai differs. I have never felt rushed for any of our appointments. She is always on time, goes through all your concerns, and always explains the procedures and treatments. On top of that, she even provided me a free treatment session which has done wonders. If you want a doctor who is patient, cares, polite, and constantly improving their knowledge in the field, Dr. Chai is the right fit. I am so glad she is in Edmonton, because without her, I am unsure if I would find the care I need for my eyes.
