I think these days many of us have gotten use to receiving poor service. Not so here at German Drive! I took one of my vehicles in and said I would stay there while they performed the service. They have a waiting area with drinks and snacks which made it very comfortable. I mentioned that I needed to get some work done and they took me to a private office that was set up for that purpose. Very much appreciated! Not only was my car finished in the time they said but the price was extremely reasonable.
All this is exactly the opposite of what I was experiencing with my other vehicle at the same time at the Dealership due to a prepaid Maintenance Agreement! Will definitely return to German Drive for both vehicles now!

SUPER wonderful and helpful staff!! I went there after a dealership tried to scam me, and they helped me figure out what was actually wrong with my car and didn’t overcharge me. Highly recommend!
