Was referred to them by a fellow colleague at work. Glad I took his advice! Sales staff was very low-pressure and patient with me as this is a major financial commitment. Took me a while to take the plunge. Furnace was replaced within 6 hours and the a/c in two hours! Polite and tidy installation team. Reasonable price for an outstanding product (Bryant). Highly recommend.

Just had my first actual service call from these folks, and I have to say I was very impressed with the technician’s composure and his knowledge of our geothermal furnace.
He took the time to explain the problem with our furnace (which was supplied by another company, rather than Metzger’s) and got us up and running in practically no time.
The person I spoke to when reporting our furnace outage and requesting service was very friendly and helpful. She slotted us in to the schedule very quickly and was very sympathetic to our situation
Very pleased with these folks!
