I'm my personal case, being a +220 pound guy, is not easy to find a chiro that can easyly manage a guy my size.   Athena is a great massage therapist. She knows many techniques including manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). She always checks in to confirm what areas to focus on and has a soothing, relaxing touch and calm, sweet, personality. After the first treatment, I have continued to see her regularly. My daughter sees her regularly as well.
